Warranty Policy

As part of A-1’s commitment to excellence and quality, a limited warranty is offered on all A-1 paddleball paddles. All other A-1 products do not carry a formal warranty. The warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Before filing a claim, please read our Warranty Policy carefully. 


6-Month Warranty

A-1 paddles are backed by a 6-month limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. To activate the warranty, register your paddle with A-1 Sports with the form below. You’ll need to provide the original proof of purchase receipt from A-1 Sports or from an authorized A-1 dealer at the time of registration. The serial number must also be provided during registration. Currently the only A-1 authorized dealers are PaddlePro and Paddleball Galaxy. A-1 products can also be purchased from their Amazon stores and the warranty is valid.

Start Your Warranty Claim

If you have purchased a product that you feel is defective, you will need to submit a warranty claim. You may submit a warranty claim directly with A-1 Sports even if your product was purchased through an authorized A-1 dealer.

To start your warranty claim, fill out the warranty form below. Please be sure to include a copy of the original bill of sale along with documentation of the damage or defect. Warranty claims can only be initiated by the original purchaser, and the original purchase receipt is required. A-1 will verify that your product was purchased from A-1 or an authorized A-1 retailer. Additionally, photo or video documentation of the damage or defect will be reviewed to process your warranty claim.

A-1 Sports reserves the sole discretion to determine whether a damaged paddle is covered under our warranty and to decide whether to repair or replace the paddle. Please note that replacement paddles are not covered under this warranty.
